Bristol, TN(August 11, 2009) -- It's not often that a Late Model driver gets a chance to strap into a truck in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, but Nate Monteith is preparing to make his second start at his home track at Bristol Motor Speedway.

Monteith will strap into a Billy Ballew Motorsports owned Toyota Tundra truck for the O'Reilly 200 on the high banks of the Bristol track. Monteith's only previous start came at Bristol in 2007 driving for the same team, but mechanical issues kept him from getting the finish he and the team deserved, but this time they're hoping to turn that around.

"Last time, we just didn't get the run we expected," said Monteith. "You know these one-race deals are tough, because you don't know the team you're working with and they don't know you, but I feel pretty good about this one with the situation. Hopefully we'll make the most of it."

Monteith will be driving a third truck for Ballew's team and the truck he'll be running is a truck that was used as Kyle Busch's backup truck earlier this year. Busch and Aric Almirola will be Monteith's teammates for the event and all three trucks will carry signage for Monteith's primary sponsor, Graceway

Pharmaceuticals on them.

Monteith will also have a well known crew chief atop his pit box as Brad Parrott will serve as his crew chief for this one-race deal, which will hopefully give Monteith a head start on the competition.

"Brad(Parrott) has earned his reputation as one of the best crew chief's in the business and I feel confident we'll get along and hopefully we can work together and get a good finish," continued Monteith.

Monteith's truck series start won't be the only racing the young driver will be doing over the next week as he will continue his march toward a second straight track championship at Lonesome Pine Raceway in the Late Model Stock Car race. On Saturday night, Monteith will also be going for his third straight win on the 3/8 mile track, which would be great momentum to carry into next Wednesday, August 19th for the O'Reilly 200, NASCAR Camping World Truck Series event.

Monteith is supported by Graceway Pharmaceuticals, Amsoil, SPEK Gauges, Clark's Automotive Race Engines, Griffin Radiators, Five Star Stock Car Bodies, TAB Performance, WD Performance Technology, Sherwin Williams Auto Finishes and Pistone LTO Chassis.
